Although we have strived to make the activity and the environment as safe as possible it may be unsafe unless all necessary caution is used. You must therefore show care and caution, and at all times take full note of your surroundings. You must not remove any of the safety equipment we may provide and you must observe and fully comply with any instructions given by our personnel.
Mega Zipline Iceland disclaims responsibility or liability for damage to belongings, physical injury, accidents, sickness, or other type of loss you may incur before, during or after our tours.
Unfortunately, we do not control the weather, so Mega Zipline Iceland disclaims responsibility for any loss or inconvenience resulting from changes in tour schedule, such as routes and timetables due to weather or other irregularity outside Mega Zipline Iceland’s control (including, but not limited to earthquakes and volcanic eruptions).
Liability Release will need to be signed by each participant and/or parent prior to activity. The link for the waivers will be in your confirmation email. Please pass it along to all group members. Registered participants in the Mega Zipline Iceland can not participate if they have not signed a waiver.
Mega Zipline Iceland operates under and is subject to Icelandic law. These terms and conditions and the relationship between Mega Zipline Iceland and its customers is governed by Icelandic law. Any claim or action against Mega Zipline Iceland is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Iceland. Claims may only be brought in the District Court of Reykjavik with appeal as applicable.
