Reservations for Mega Zipline Iceland can be cancelled 24 hours prior to departure without penalty. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to departure will be charged full price. You can always move your reservation without a penalty (as long as there is availability).<\/p>

Mega Zipline Iceland reserves the right to cancel a tour with at least one hour notice due to weather, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, or if there is an insufficient number of passengers. If Mega Zipline Iceland cancels your tour, you can always change the time of your booking or get a full refund.<\/p>

You are responsible for providing Mega Zipline Iceland with the correct contact information and related details so that we can keep you informed in the event of changes made to your booking<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Group cancellations (10 people or more)<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Group reservations can be cancelled one week (7 days) prior to departure without penalty. Cancellations received less than one week prior to departure will be charged 30% of the tour price. If you cancel your tour with less than two days notice (48 hours) no refund will be given.  Number of passengers in a group booking can be amended (+\/- 10%) up to 48 hours before departure.  Groups should arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled departure time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
